All items displayed on this website are covered by a standard 1(one) year functionality warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not extend to poor installation procedures, lightning, power surges and dips, liquid damage or any physical damage. (End user cover to apply)

All products are issued a project number, referencing history and (if applicable) test data. This project number is attached to the card/s or their containers and will also reflect on the invoice. In case of warranty claim, please establish contact via enquiries@dracocontrol.co.za with this project number as reference.

Our technical staff is available to assist you, should any problems be encountered with our supplied product.
